Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


Software Return Policy:

Please include either a copy of your invoice with the reason why you are returning the item or print out our Return Form: See Order Form Below Your order number will need to be included. accepts returns of unopened software as long as the product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The software must be in the original condition and must not be damaged or tampered with.  The software must include the product key codes.  The key codes cannot be used or activated. 

Software that has been opened may be eligible for a return at our discretion.  Software that has been damaged or tampered with will be denied a return.  Also, please keep in mind that once software has been installed and activated on your computer, a unique digital signature has been created between the software and your hardware and cannot be resold or undone. charges a restocking fee of a minimum of  $5 or 3% processing fee on all returns.  Shipping is not refundable. The refund process usually takes one to two weeks to complete after we have received the return.


Hardware Return Policy

Please include either a copy of your invoice with the reason why you are returning the item or print out our Return Form:  See Order Form Below Your order number will need to be included. will accept returns of hardware within 14 days of the purchase date. The hardware must be in original, resalable condition, must not be damaged in any way, and must include the original materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and any other accessories. You will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee and a minimum $5.00 returned order fee. A minimum $10.00 shipping charge will be assessed for any package that is refused.

Defective hardware will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the discretion of our technical support department, if we are notified within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Hardware found to be defective after the 14 day limit will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy. All reportedly defective products that are found to be in working order after being tested by our technical support department will be returned to the customer, and subject to a $20.00 testing fee. Any product returned not in compliance with the above terms will be sent back to the customer. reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with or unfit for resale at our discretion.
